We will prepare our student athletes to be proficient problem-solvers and disciplined members of society through athletics and the lessons contained within training and competitions. 

We will accomplish the expectations of the athletic department by working together to maximize the potential of our student athletes and coaches.  

We will ensure equity among all programs by maintaining transparency and open communication while providing support and guidance as needed.  

We will communicate effectively within the athletic department, as well as with the players and their families. 

We will comply with all rules and regulations in accordance with UIL and Klein ISD guidelines. 

We will help all coaches within the athletic department to achieve personal growth by providing opportunities for development in accordance to everyone's abilities and needs. 

We will support our feeder schools and ensure that they have the tools and resources to successfully prepare their students to transition seamlessly into our athletic programs. 

We will highlight all of the achievements and accomplishments of our athletic department through a strong social media presence.
